تیم حقوقی پارسیلا شامل دو گروه همکار در داخل و خارج از ایران می‌شوند که با مدیریت متمرکز برای اهداف و برنامه‌های مشترک فعالیت می‌کنند. گروه نخست، ده وکیل حرفه‌ای و حقوق بشری در استان‌های مختلف ایران از جمله اصفهان، آذربایجان، خراسان، کردستان، سیستان و بلوچستان، خوزستان، تهران و البرز هستند که علاوه بر مشاوره و دفاع حضوری در دادگاه‌های جمهوری اسلامی، به پروسه تولید محتوا و آموزش‌های مهارتی جهت انتقال تجربه به وکلای جوان و علاقمند به وکالت حقوق بشری کمک می‌کنند. گروه دوم، ده وکیل حرفه‌ای و حقوق بشری در خارج از کشور هستند که در حال حاضر در آمریکای شمالی، اروپا و اقیانوسیه فعال هستند و علاوه بر همکاری‌های بین‌المللی و یا تخصصی در کشورهای متبوع‌شان، در پروسه تولید محتوای آموزشی-کاربردی، ترجمه و تحقیق و مطالعات تطبیقی، پرونده‌های ملی یا بین‌المللی و نیز اطلاع‌رسانی آزاد در فضای افکار عمومی و جامعه مدنی کمک می‌کنند.
Parsi Law's legal team operates through two distinct groups, working collaboratively both within and outside Iran under centralized management to achieve common objectives and initiatives.
The first group comprises 10 professional human rights lawyers based in various provinces within Iran, including Kurdistan, Sistan and Baluchistan, Khuzestan, Isfahan, Azerbaijan, Fars, Khorasan, Tehran, Alborz, Mazandaran, and Gilan. In addition to offering legal consultations and providing in-person defense in Iranian courts, they actively contribute to Parsi Law's documentation efforts and the training of legal professionals, passing on their extensive experience to aspiring human rights advocates.
The second group consists of 10 professional human rights lawyers located in North America, Europe, and Oceania. While engaging in international collaborations and specializing in their respective countries, they play a vital role in producing practical educational content, translating materials, conducting research, comparative studies, and working on national and international case files. Their contributions also extend to facilitating the free dissemination of information to the general public and civil society.
Within Iran
Given the substantial number of citizen demands, ongoing judicial inquiries handled by our legal associates, and the efforts of protesters seeking justice in various Iranian provinces, Parsi Law's legal team has launched initiatives in specific regions. Expanding our operations to other areas in Iran will be determined based on the requirements of citizens, individuals seeking justice, and the collaborative efforts of our colleagues.
درون ایران
در حال حاضر، با توجه به مطالبات حقوقی شهروندان و پیگیری‌‌های قضایی همکاران در کنار دادخواهان و معترضان در مناطق کردستان، سیستان و بلوچستان، خوزستان، اصفهان، آذربایجان، فارس، خراسان، تهران، البرز و شمال ایران، مجموعه حقوقی پارسیلا با همفکری، همراهی و همکاری شبکه وکلای ایرانی، فعالیت‌های خود را در این مناطق شروع کرده است. بدیهی است که فعالیت در سایر مناطق سرزمین بزرگ ایران، بر اساس اعلام نیاز شهروندان، دادخواهان و همکاران خواهد بود.
Beyond Iran
The Iranian diaspora, coupled with the persistent trend of forced migrations and asylum claims arising from the denial of Iranians' right to life in their homeland, has presented new legal challenges in host nations and complexities regarding legal matters within Iran. Parsi Law, in professional collaboration with a network of lawyers from across the globe, is committed to addressing these evolving legal and judicial concerns.
Certainly, the number of collaborating Iranian lawyers in host countries (currently totaling 10 lawyers across five continents) will expand based on the expressed needs of Iranian and non-Iranian individuals, as well as the willingness of new partners.
بیرون ایران
جمعیت بالای دیاسپورای ایرانی و ادامه روند کوچ‌های اجباری یا پناهندگی‌های ناشی از سلب حق زندگی ایرانیان در سرزمین مادری، از یک سو آنها را در کشور میزبان با مطالبات حقوقی تازه‌ای مواجه کرده و از سوی دیگر، مسائل قضایی‌شان در ایران را با پیچیدگی‌هایی همراه کرده است. مجموعه حقوقی پارسیلا با همکاری حرفه‌ای شبکه وکلای ایرانی در داخل کشور و چهارگوشه جهان، از کانادا و اروپا و آسیا تا آمریکا و اقیانوسیه، تلاش می‌کند که پاسخگوی این نیازها و مسائل حقوقی و قضایی باشد. بدیهی است تعداد وکلای ایرانیِ همکار در کشورهای میزبان (ده وکیل در پنج قاره) بر اساس اعلام نیاز شهروندان ایرانی یا خارجی و با اعلام آمادگی همکاران جدید، افزایش خواهد یافت.
Saeid Dehghan
Founder and Director
Parsi Law is led by Saeid Dehghan, an Iranian human rights lawyer, author and educator. He is a member of the Iranian Bar Association and the International Association of Lawyers, and has represented many Iranian citizens, dual nationals, and non-Iranians in complex political cases in the courts of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Recently, due to increased pressures and threats from Islamic Republic authorities, Dehghan was forced to leave Iran and is now residing in Toronto, Canada. He continues his human rights activities by advising citizens, especially protesters and activists, and consulting with international organizations to assist the Iranian people. Dehghan, who is also responsible for managing the Iran Human Rights Oral History project, has authored books in areas of public law and citizenship, such as From the Heart of Society and Us and Ourselves. To date, he has taught numerous courses for many citizens, activists, as well as for various civil and professional associations, including by providing specialized training in human rights, civil rights, criminal procedure, case management, and negotiations.

موسس و رئیس هیات مدیره
سعید دهقان، نویسنده و وکیل حقوق بشر ایرانی است. او که عضو کانون وکلای ایران و عضو اتحادیه بین‌المللی وکلاست، در بسیاری از پرونده‌های مهم سیاسی، وکالت شهروندان ایرانی، دوتابعیتی و یا شهروندان خارجی را در مراجع قضایی جمهوری اسلامی ایران بر عهده داشته است. اخیرا و در پی تشدید فشارها و تهدیدهای مقامات حکومتی و پرونده‌سازی‌های امنیتی علیه این وکیل حقوق بشری، او مجبور به ترک ایران شده است. دهقان که اکنون در تورنتو-کاناداست، با وجود کوچ اجباری همچنان به فعالیت‌های حقوق بشری خود از طریق مشاوره به نهادهای بین‌المللی برای کمک به مردم ایران و مشاوره به شهروندان ایرانی بویژه دادخواهان ادامه می‌دهد. او که مدیریت پروژه تاریخ شفاهی حقوق بشر در ایران را نیز بر عهده دارد، به عنوان نویسنده کتاب‌هایی در حوزه حقوق برای همه و حقوق شهروندی مانند «از دل جامعه» و «ما و ما»، تاکنون برای بسیاری از شهروندان، دادخواهان و همچنین گروه‌ها و انجمن‌های مدنی و صنفی، دوره‌های متعددی از جمله آموزش تخصصی حقوق بشر، حقوق شهروندی، آیین دادرسی کیفری، مدیریت پرونده‌ها و مذاکرات را برگزار کرده است.

Mehrangiz Kar
Member of the board
Lawyer, author and human rights activist Mehrangiz Kar started her civic activities about fifty years ago as a journalist and received the Forough Farrokhzad Award as the best essayist in Iran in 1976.
Since 2002, Kar has collaborated in the field of human rights with prestigious universities and research institutes in the world, including Harvard and Columbia universities in the U.S. and the Toda Peace Institute in Japan.
Kar, who received her law license three months before the 1979 Revolution in Iran, was barely able to enter the criminal and civil courts as a female lawyer under the Islamic Republic. She describes the atmosphere as "anti-woman" and "anti-lawyer."
As one of the founding members of the Council of Iranian Lawyers and Jurists, and one of the signatories of the "Just-Seeking Pact" to advance the "Women, Life, Freedom" movement to negate violence and establish justice and truth, Kar has received many International awards since 2000 for human rights activities.
Kar’s works and compositions include "Rebellion; A Female Narrative of the Iranian Revolution," "Legal Obstacles to Political Development in Iran," "Violence Against Women in Iran," "The Legal Structure of the Family System in Iran" and "The angel of justice and the Fragments of hell."
Imprisoned for participating in a political conference in Berlin in 2000, Kar was forced to leave Iran after her temporary release and has been living in the United States for about twenty years.
مهرانگیز کار
عضو هیات مدیره
مهرانگیز کار، وکیل، نویسنده و فعال حقوق بشر است. او که فعالیت‌های اجتماعی‌اش را حدود پنجاه سال پیش با روزنامه‌نگاری شروع کرده بود در سال ۱۳۵۵ خورشیدی جایزه فروغ فرخزاد را در ایران به عنوان بهترین مقاله‌نویس دریافت کرده است.
مهرانگیز کار از سال ۱۳۸۱ با دانشگاه‌ها و پژوهشگاه‌های معتبر جهان از جمله هاروارد و کلمبیا در آمریکا و مؤسسه تدا در ژاپن در زمینه حقوق بشر همکاری کرده است.
او که سه ماه پیش از انقلاب سال ۵۷ پروانه وکالت خود را دریافت کرده بود پس از انقلاب به سختی توانست به عنوان یک وکیل مدافع زن به دادگاه‌های جزایی و مدنی راه پیدا کند. او در توصیف آن روزها فضا را «ضد زن» و «ضد وکیل» توصیف می‌کند.
مهرانگیز کار که از اعضای موسس «شورای وکلا و حقوقدانان ایرانی» و از امضاکنندگان «پیمان دادخواهی» برای پیشبرد جنبش «زن، زندگی، آزادی» و نفی خشونت و برقراری عدالت و حقیقت است، از سال ۲۰۰۰ تاکنون جوایز بسیاری در عرصه بین‌المللی برای فعالیت‌های حقوق بشر دریافت کرده است.
از جمله آثار و تالیفات این وکیل حقوق بشری، «شورش؛ روایتی زنانه از انقلاب ایران»، «موانع حقوقی توسعه سیاسی در ایران»، «خشونت علیه زنان در ایران»، «ساختار حقوقی نظام خانواده در ایران» و «فرشته عدالت و پاره‌های دوزخ» است.
مهرانگیز کار که بعد از بازگشت از کنفرانس برلین به ایران، محاکمه و زندانی شده بود، پس از آزادی موقت مجبور به کوچ اجباری شده و اکنون حدود بیست سال است که در آمریکا زندگی می‌کند.
NIMA POYAN
International Coordinator
Nima is a human rights researcher and a postgraduate student in law at the London
School of Economics (LSE) with over four years of experience dealing with forced
migration. Before joining Parsi Law Collective as the International Coordinator, he
assisted hundreds of refugees resettle in Canada and continues to advocate for their
rights through various non-profit organizations. His experience extends to organizations in partnership with the Canadian government as well as private professional legal firms
in Toronto.
Previously, Nima studied for an IT degree at Sharif University and holds a Bachelor of
Law degree from the University of Essex and a Master of Law from Osgoode Hall Law
School. Aside from his degrees, Nima keeps himself up-to-date with current human
rights issues and educates the public through various channels, including 1Kalameh.
Recently, Nima received the David Turton Award from the Refugee Studies Centre at the University of Oxford and has submitted multiple pieces on international law for
publishing.
نیما پویان
مسئول روابط بین‌الملل
نـیما پویان یک محقق حقوق بشـر و دانـشجوی کـارشـناسـی ارشـد حـقوق در دانـشگاه اقـتصاد و عـلوم سـیاسـی لـندن (LSE) است که با بــیش از چهار سال تجربه در زمـینه مهاجـرت اجـباری بــه عـنوان مــسئول روابــط بــین‌المــلل در Parsi Law Collective فعالیت می‌کند. پــیش از پـیوستن بــه مجموعه حـقوقی پــارسـیلا، او بــه صدها پناهنده برای اسکان مجدد در کانادا کمک کرده و همچنان از حـقوق آنها از طریق سـازمان‌های غیرانـتفاعـی مـختلف حمایــت مـی‌کند. تجربــه او شــامــل همکاری با سازمـان‌هایی در همکاری بــا دولــت کــانــادا و هـمچنین شـرکــت‌هـای حـقوقی حرفـه‌ای خــصوصی در تورنتو می‌شود.
پـیشتـر، نـیما در رشـته فـناوری اطـلاعـات در دانـشگاه صـنعتی شـریـف تـحصیل کـرده و دارای مـدرک کـارشـناسـی حـقوق از دانــشگاه اســکس و مــدرک کــارشــناســی ارشــد حــقوق از دانــشگاه یــورک اســت. نــیما عــلاوه بــر مدارجــش، خــود را بــا مـسائـل جـاری حـقوق بشـر بـه‌روز نـگه مـی‌دارد و بـا تـرویـج آگـاهـی، بـه آمـوزش عـموم نـیز مـی‌پـردازد. اخیراً، نـیما دریـافـت کـننده جـایـزه دیـویـد تــرتــون از مـرکز مطالـعات پـناهـندگی دانــشگاه آکــسفورد شــده و به تـحقیقات حقوق بشری خود در قالب حقوق تطبیقی ادامه می‌دهد.
